If you purchase a subscription, billing is processed through the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information. We may receive limited subscription information from Apple or our subscription management provider that is necessary to verify subscription status, manage entitlements, and unlock premium features.

To provide our Services, we rely on trusted third-party service providers. Depending on the features you use, these providers may process limited information necessary to perform their services. These providers may include:
- Google Gemini AI (for image analysis and visual simulation)

- RevenueCat (for subscription status management)
- Apple (for transaction processing)
Each provider processes information according to its own privacy practices and applicable agreements.

Unless explicitly required to provide the Services, Hair Transplant AI does not intentionally collect:

Hair Transplant AI allows you to upload or capture photographs of your head, hair, scalp, hairline, and donor area for the purpose of providing AI-powered analysis and visual simulations.
Depending on the feature being used, the application may request photographs from different angles, such as front, top, side/profile, or back/donor area.
Submitting photographs is completely voluntary. Photographs are processed only after you intentionally select or capture them and initiate an AI request. We do not access your photo library without your explicit permission.
2.2 Customer Support & Feedback
If you contact us for assistance or provide feedback, we collect your email address, message contents, and relevant diagnostic details solely to resolve your request and improve our Services.
SECTION 3: FACE DATA AND IMAGE PROCESSING POLICY
In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines (specifically Guideline 5.1.1 and Guideline 2.1), this section explains our strict handling, processing, and deletion practices regarding face data and user-provided imagery:
3.1 What Face Data We Collect
When you upload or take a photograph using Hair Transplant AI, the application detects and analyzes the visible facial contours, hairline boundaries, scalp regions, and donor areas in the photograph. We do not extract or collect biometric templates, facial geometry vectors for personal identification, or unique facial identifiers.
3.2 Purpose of Face Data Processing
Face data and uploaded images are collected and processed solely to:
- Generate user-requested hair transplant and hairline visual simulations;
- Provide visual estimations of graft distribution and donor-area coverage;
- Render progressive recovery timeline previews.
We do not use face data to authenticate identity, identify individuals across sessions or apps, track user behavior across third-party platforms, or build advertising/marketing profiles.
3.3 Third-Party Disclosure and Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your face data or uploaded photographs with any third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners.
Photographs and facial images are transmitted securely via encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) exclusively to our AI processing endpoint (Google Gemini AI via official developer APIs) solely for the temporary technical execution of the visual simulation.
3.4 Data Retention and Immediate Deletion
- Temporary In-Memory Processing: Uploaded photographs and face data are held in volatile memory only for the exact duration required to generate the requested preview (typically several seconds).
- Immediate Deletion: Once the visual simulation is delivered back to your device, the source image and temporary server cache are immediately and permanently purged from our processing infrastructure. We do not maintain any permanent server-side storage, database, or archive of your facial images or derived face data.
- User Control: Generated preview images are delivered directly to your device. You have full discretion and control over saving, exporting, or deleting generated outputs locally.
3.5 No AI Model Training
We do not use your uploaded photographs, facial data, or generated images to train, fine-tune, or develop our own artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
SECTION 4: THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
To operate and secure Hair Transplant AI, we rely on third-party service providers who process data strictly under confidentiality agreements:
- Google Gemini AI: Processes submitted images via secure APIs solely to provide the AI simulation features requested by the user.
- Firebase (Google): Processes app performance data, crash diagnostics, and remote configuration settings. User photos are never sent to Firebase Analytics.
- RevenueCat: Manages subscription validation without receiving payment card data.
- Apple App Store: Manages in-app purchases and payments.
SECTION 5: DATA RETENTION GENERAL POLICY
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the specific purposes outlined in this policy:
- Face Data & Uploaded Photos: Immediately and permanently deleted following output generation.
- Support Communications: Retained only until the inquiry is resolved.
- Diagnostics & Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized data retained per standard diagnostic cycles.
