MFA Labs AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Photo Editor - Retouch & Remove (“the App”) handles information when you use our photo editing, retouching, object removal, background editing, face editing, and related features.

The App allows you to select photos from your device in order to use editing features such as:

Save edited photos back to your device

You can limit or revoke photo access at any time through your device's iOS Settings.
The App does not access your photo library without the permissions provided by you.
We may use third-party services, including Firebase services provided by Google, to support app configuration, reliability, performance, analytics, or related functionality.
Depending on the services enabled in a particular version of the App, these services may process limited technical or usage information such as:

Deleting local App data does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Subscriptions can be managed separately through your Apple ID subscription settings.

This app processes facial imagery locally on the user's device solely to detect facial regions and landmarks required to provide the photo editing and visual simulation features requested by the user.
Storage and Retention:
Facial landmark data and related computations are processed temporarily in memory on the user's device. This app does not create or store biometric templates, facial recognition profiles, or facial identifiers. This temporary data is discarded after the requested editing or simulation process is completed.
Third-Party Sharing:
This app does not transmit, share, disclose, sell, or provide facial data, facial landmark data, biometric templates, or facial identifiers to third parties or external services.
Biometric Use:
This app does not use facial imagery or facial landmark data for identification, authentication, facial recognition, tracking, surveillance, or advertising.
