These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Photo Editor - Retouch & Remove (“the App”), provided by MFA Labs AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Photo Editor - Retouch & Remove provides photo editing and image enhancement tools, which may include:
Photo retouching
Face and skin editing
Blemish and acne removal
Teeth whitening
Eye enhancement and color adjustments
Hair color editing
Makeup and color tools
Object removal
Background removal and replacement
Background blur and effects
Crop, lighting, color, detail, texture, and other image adjustments
Certain features may use machine-learning or automated image-processing technologies.
Features may change, be added, removed, or improved over time.
You must use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are not legally permitted to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction, you may not use the App.
If you are a minor, you may use the App only as permitted by applicable law and, where required, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You retain ownership of the photos and other content that you provide to or create with the App.
By selecting or providing content to the App, you represent that:
You own the content or have the necessary rights to use it.
Your use of the content does not violate the rights of another person.
You are authorized to edit, modify, save, or otherwise process the content.
You are responsible for the photos and other materials you choose to edit.
We do not claim ownership of your photos.
You agree not to use the App:
For unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes
To violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other legal rights
To create or distribute unlawful content
To impersonate another person in a deceptive or harmful manner
To interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, compromise, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
To misuse the App in a way that may damage, disable, overload, or impair its functionality
We may restrict access to the App where reasonably necessary to protect users, our services, or comply with legal obligations.
The App provides automated and manual editing tools.
Results may vary depending on factors such as:
Photo quality
Lighting
Image resolution
Face visibility
Background complexity
Device capabilities
Selected editing settings
We do not guarantee that every edit will produce a particular visual result.
Automated editing, segmentation, retouching, object removal, and enhancement technologies may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results.
You should review edited images before saving, publishing, sharing, or otherwise relying on them.
Some features may use machine-learning models, computer vision, or other automated technologies to detect or process elements of an image, such as:
Faces
Skin
Hair
Eyes
Teeth
People
Foreground and background regions
Objects
These technologies are provided as editing tools and are not intended to identify individuals or provide professional, medical, biometric, or diagnostic conclusions.
The App is not a medical, diagnostic, or professional imaging service.
The App may provide certain features or a limited number of uses free of charge.
Free usage limits may vary and may be modified over time.
Some features, unlimited usage, saving capabilities, or other premium functionality may require an active subscription.
Free usage or promotional access does not create a right to continued free access to any particular feature.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including monthly or annual subscription plans.
The exact subscription options, prices, duration, and included features are displayed within the App before purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple's App Store subscription terms.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Cancellation stops future renewal but generally does not provide a refund for the current subscription period unless required by applicable law or Apple's policies.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Subscription pricing may vary by country or region and may change in accordance with Apple's policies and applicable law.
From time to time, we may offer free trials, introductory pricing, promotional pricing, or other subscription offers.
Eligibility and availability may depend on your Apple ID, region, subscription history, or Apple's applicable rules.
Unless canceled before the trial or promotional period ends, an eligible subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown before purchase.
All purchases made through the App are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
We do not directly process or store your full payment-card information.
Billing, refunds, payment disputes, and transaction processing are generally handled by Apple according to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
Where supported, you may restore eligible purchases through the App.
Restoration depends on your Apple ID, purchase history, and Apple's App Store services.
The App, including its software, interface, graphics, branding, icons, design elements, algorithms, models, text, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to MFA Labs AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not:
Copy
Modify
Distribute
Sell
License
Reverse engineer
Decompile
Extract
Reproduce
Create derivative works from
the App or any proprietary part of it.
The App may rely on third-party services, frameworks, or technologies, including services provided by Apple and Google/Firebase.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Your privacy is important to us.
Our handling of photos, permissions, technical information, and other data is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or restrict features of the App from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, operating system version, country, or region.
We may also release updates that are required for continued functionality, security, or compatibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be uninterrupted or error-free
Every feature will work with every image
Editing results will meet every user's expectations
The App will always be available
All errors or defects will be corrected immediately
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MFA Labs AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining copies of photos or content that are important to you.
Our liability will not be limited where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the App, or where required by law.
Termination of access to the App does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. You remain responsible for managing your subscription through Apple.
If you downloaded the App through Apple's App Store:
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App except as required by applicable law.
Purchases and subscriptions are subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms.
Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of applicable end-user license terms.
Your use of the App must comply with applicable App Store rules.
If no custom end-user license agreement applies, Apple's standard end-user license agreement may also govern your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
Your continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you based on your country or region of residence.
