Welcome to SolveMe (“we,” “our,” or “the App”), developed and operated by MFA Labs. By downloading, accessing, or using SolveMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Educational Purpose Only: SolveMe is designed as an AI-powered educational assistant to help users scan, analyze, and understand mathematical concepts and step-by-step solutions.
No Guarantee of Academic Accuracy: While SolveMe utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models (Google Gemini API) to generate answers and explanations, AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, incomplete steps, or errors. SolveMe should be used as a supplementary study aid, not as an authoritative source for formal academic grading, competitive examinations, or critical calculations.
Academic Integrity: Users are solely responsible for adhering to their academic institutions' honor codes, testing policies, and integrity guidelines regarding the use of AI tools.
Permitted Inputs: You may use your device's camera or photo library to scan and submit mathematical problems, diagrams, formulas, and educational materials.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to capture, upload, or transmit any content that:
Contains personal, sensitive, or identifiable information of yourself or others (e.g., ID cards, personal contact information, faces).
Infringes upon third-party intellectual property or copyright rights without authorization.
Contains unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or harmful imagery/text.
License to Process: By submitting images or text, you grant SolveMe and MFA Labs a non-exclusive, temporary license to process, transmit, and analyze the content solely to fulfill your requested solution and deliver the AI-generated output.
App Ownership: All design interfaces, code, visual elements, algorithms, trademarks, and branding associated with SolveMe are the exclusive intellectual property of MFA Labs.
Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App without prior written consent.
If SolveMe offers paid features, premium AI tiers, or subscription models:
Apple In-App Purchase: All transactions, subscriptions, and free trials are processed securely through Apple's In-App Purchase system and governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your active subscriptions at any time via your iOS device settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
Refunds: All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple according to their standard App Store refund policies.
SolveMe integrates with third-party AI infrastructure, including the Google Gemini API, for computational problem analysis. Availability and response times may vary depending on internet connectivity, API uptime, and third-party service continuity. MFA Labs is not liable for temporary service interruptions or rate limits imposed by third-party infrastructure.
"As-Is" Provision: SolveMe is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MFA Labs and its officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, SolveMe or its AI-generated answers.
We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated or if required by legal authorities or platform policies.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect app updates, legal obligations, or service improvements. Continued use of SolveMe following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
