Welcome to Hair Transplant AI ("Hair Transplant AI," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hair Transplant AI governing your access to and use of the Hair Transplant AI mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information.

SECTION 1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your country or jurisdiction, to use the Services.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of your parent or legal guardian.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

• you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations;

• the information you provide is accurate and truthful;

• you are authorized to upload any photographs submitted through the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you do not satisfy these eligibility requirements.

SECTION 2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES

Hair Transplant AI is an artificial intelligence-powered visualization application designed to help users explore visible hair characteristics and potential hair transplant-related visual outcomes using their own photographs.

The Services may include:

• visible hair loss pattern analysis;

• visible donor-area assessment;

• estimated graft ranges;

• hairline recommendations;

• hairline style previews, including Natural Dense, Straight Hairline, Conservative, and V Hairline;

• AI-generated hair transplant visual previews;

• recovery timeline simulations, including Transplant Day, 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, and 12 Months; and

• other hair and hair-transplant visualization features introduced from time to time.

The analyses and previews generated by Hair Transplant AI are created using artificial intelligence and are intended solely for informational, educational, and visualization purposes.

The Services do not provide medical advice, medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, clinical assessments, surgical plans, or guarantees regarding hair transplant outcomes.

Hair Transplant AI may modify, improve, add, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Hair Transplant AI provides artificial intelligence-powered visual simulations based on hair, scalp, and head photographs voluntarily submitted by users.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that the images generated by Hair Transplant AI are created through artificial intelligence technologies and are intended solely to provide visual representations of possible cosmetic outcomes.

AI-generated previews are inherently probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, artifacts, or unrealistic features.

The generated previews should not be interpreted as predictions, guarantees, promises, or representations of actual surgical results.

Individual hair transplant outcomes depend on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual anatomy, existing hair characteristics, donor availability, progression of hair loss, surgical technique, healing process, medical history, age, and postoperative care.

Accordingly, actual medical results may differ significantly from any AI-generated preview.

You acknowledge that you use the generated previews entirely at your own discretion and risk.

3.1 No Medical Advice

Hair Transplant AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, medical opinions, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or healthcare services.

Nothing contained within the Services should be interpreted as professional medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, hair transplant surgeon, or other licensed healthcare professional.

You should always seek professional medical advice before making decisions regarding hair transplantation or other medical procedures.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical treatment because of information or AI-generated content provided by the Services.

3.2 No Guarantee of Results

The AI-generated previews provided through the Services are illustrative simulations only.

Hair Transplant AI does not represent or warrant that:

• any generated preview accurately reflects an achievable surgical outcome;

• any estimated graft range reflects the number of grafts you actually require;

• any donor-area assessment establishes medical or surgical suitability;

• any recovery timeline predicts your actual shedding, growth, density, healing, or final result;

• any hair transplant procedure will produce results similar to the generated preview;

• any healthcare professional will be able to reproduce the appearance shown in an AI-generated image;

• the generated content is free from inaccuracies or imperfections.

No representation, warranty, or guarantee is made regarding the accuracy, realism, suitability, or completeness of AI-generated previews.

3.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for evaluating any AI-generated preview before relying upon it for personal, cosmetic, financial, or medical decisions.

You acknowledge that any decision to undergo hair transplant surgery should be based upon consultation with qualified healthcare professionals and not solely upon AI-generated visual simulations.

Hair Transplant AI shall not be responsible for decisions made by users based upon AI-generated content.

3.4 Acceptable Use of AI Content

The AI-generated previews are provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• present AI-generated previews as actual medical results;

• use generated images in a misleading or deceptive manner;

• falsely represent AI-generated images as photographs taken after real medical procedures;

• use the Services to impersonate another individual;

• use the Services in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

You remain solely responsible for any content that you generate, save, export, or share using the Services.

3.5 Continuous Improvement of the Services

We continuously improve and update Hair Transplant AI to enhance the quality, stability, and functionality of the Services.

Accordingly, AI-generated results, available procedures, application features, and processing technologies may change over time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at our sole discretion.

3.6 Hair Analysis, Graft Estimates, and Recovery Timelines

Any hair loss analysis, donor-area assessment, graft estimate, hairline recommendation, or recovery timeline provided through the Services is generated by artificial intelligence for informational and visualization purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• an estimated graft range is not a clinical measurement or surgical plan;

• a donor-area assessment is not a medical determination of donor suitability;

• a hair loss assessment is not a medical diagnosis;

• a hairline recommendation does not establish that a design is surgically appropriate or achievable;

• Transplant Day, 1 Month, 3 Month, 6 Month, and 12 Month previews are illustrative simulations and do not predict actual healing, shedding, growth rate, density, or final results;

• AI-generated previews may differ substantially from results achievable through an actual procedure.

Only a qualified healthcare professional who has personally evaluated you can determine whether you are an appropriate candidate for hair transplantation, an appropriate graft count, donor availability, surgical technique, risks, expected recovery, or likely outcome.

SECTION 4. USER CONTENT AND HAIR, SCALP, AND HEAD PHOTOGRAPHS

The Services allow you to upload, capture, and submit hair, scalp, and head photographs ("User Content") for the sole purpose of generating AI-powered hair transplant analyses and visual previews.

You retain ownership of all rights, title, and interest in the User Content that you submit through the Services.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, Hair Transplant AI does not claim ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content through the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the User Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use and submit it;

• submitting the User Content does not violate any law, regulation, contractual obligation, or third-party right;

• the User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights;

• you have obtained all necessary permissions from any individual appearing in the photograph before uploading it.

You remain solely responsible for all User Content that you upload, submit, generate, save, or share through the Services.

4.1 Limited License to Process Your Content

By uploading a hair, scalp, or head photograph, you grant Hair Transplant AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and revocable license solely to:

• process your photograph;

• transmit your photograph to our AI processing providers;

• generate the AI-powered preview requested by you;

• return the generated preview to your device.

This license exists only for the purpose of providing the Services you request.

The license automatically terminates once the requested AI processing has been completed, except where retention is required by applicable law.

4.2 AI Processing Providers

To generate AI-powered previews, your uploaded hair, scalp, or head photograph is securely transmitted to trusted third-party AI processing providers, including Google Gemini AI.

These providers process uploaded photographs solely for generating the AI preview requested through the Services and in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Hair Transplant AI does not authorize third-party providers to use your uploaded photographs for advertising or marketing on our behalf.

4.3 No Permanent Storage

Hair Transplant AI does not permanently store your uploaded hair, scalp, and head photographs on its own servers.

Your photograph is processed only for the time reasonably necessary to generate the requested preview.

Once processing has been completed, Hair Transplant AI does not intentionally retain a copy of your uploaded photograph.

Generated preview images are delivered directly to your device.

If you choose to save, export, or share generated images, those actions occur entirely under your control.

4.4 Prohibited User Content

You agree not to upload or submit any User Content that:

• violates applicable laws or regulations;

• infringes the intellectual property rights of others;

• violates another person's privacy or publicity rights;

• contains unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or hateful material;

• contains child sexual abuse material or exploits minors in any way;

• promotes violence, terrorism, or criminal activity;

• contains malicious software, viruses, or harmful code;

• is intended to interfere with or disrupt the Services.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to refuse processing or suspend access where User Content reasonably appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.

4.5 Responsibility for Shared Content

You are solely responsible for any AI-generated images that you choose to download, publish, distribute, or share with third parties.

Hair Transplant AI has no responsibility for how generated images are used after they have been delivered to your device.

You acknowledge that any sharing of AI-generated content is undertaken entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.

SECTION 5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Certain features of the Services require an active paid subscription.

Subscriptions provide access to premium AI-powered hair transplant analysis or visual preview features and other premium functionality that may be made available from time to time.

Subscription plans, pricing, trial periods, available features, and promotional offers may vary depending on your country, device, App Store region, or applicable promotional campaigns.

We reserve the right to modify subscription offerings, pricing, or available features at any time, subject to applicable law and Apple's App Store policies.

5.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store automatically renew unless automatic renewal is turned off at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

The renewal charge will be based on the subscription plan then in effect unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5.2 Free Trial

Hair Transplant AI may offer free trial subscriptions from time to time.

If a free trial is offered, you may be required to provide a valid payment method through your Apple ID before beginning the trial.

Unless cancelled before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged through your Apple ID.

Free trials are available only where offered and may be limited to one trial per Apple account, device, household, or other eligibility criteria determined by Apple or Hair Transplant AI.

5.3 Billing

All subscription purchases, billing, payment processing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Hair Transplant AI does not collect, receive, process, or store your payment card information.

Billing information is processed exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple's terms and privacy practices.

5.4 Managing Your Subscription

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not automatically generate a refund for the current subscription period.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or Apple's policies, previously charged subscription fees are non-refundable.

5.5 Refunds

Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be submitted directly to Apple.

Hair Transplant AI cannot approve, deny, or process refunds for App Store purchases.

Any refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

5.6 Subscription Availability

Certain subscription plans, prices, currencies, or promotional offers may not be available in every country or region.

Hair Transplant AI reserves the right to change, discontinue, or replace subscription plans, provided such changes comply with applicable law and Apple's App Store requirements.

SECTION 6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You shall not:

• use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;

• upload photographs that you do not have permission to use;

• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with the Services;

• circumvent subscription or payment mechanisms;

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;

• interfere with the normal operation, security, or stability of the Services;

• use automated tools, bots, scripts, or similar technologies to access the Services without our prior written authorization;

• use the Services to violate the privacy or rights of others.

Any misuse of the Services may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access.

6.1 Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Services in any manner that could expose Hair Transplant AI to legal liability or regulatory action.

6.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to the Services.

However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to the Services whenever reasonably necessary to maintain security, stability, or legal compliance.

SECTION 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including but not limited to the application, software, algorithms, user interface, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, compilations, audiovisual materials, AI technologies, and all related intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to Hair Transplant AI and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services;

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services;

• remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings;

• use our trademarks, branding, or logos without our prior written permission.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Hair Transplant AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.

7.1 Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback regarding the Services ("Feedback"), you grant Hair Transplant AI a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, implement, publish, and incorporate such Feedback into the Services without compensation or acknowledgment.

You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to implement or respond to any Feedback.

SECTION 8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FACESURGERY AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;

• THE SERVICES WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION;

• THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS OR DEFECTS;

• AI-GENERATED PREVIEWS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR REALISTIC;

• THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR PARTICULAR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS;

• ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USE OF THE SERVICES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

NO INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

8.1 Third-Party Services

Certain features of the Services rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to Apple, Google, Google Gemini AI, Firebase, and RevenueCat.

Hair Transplant AI does not control the operation, availability, security, or policies of these third-party services.

Accordingly, we make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or continued operation of third-party services.

Interruptions or failures of third-party providers may temporarily affect the availability of the Services.

SECTION 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FACESURGERY AI, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• LOSS OF PROFITS;

• LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES;

• LOSS OF DATA;

• LOSS OF GOODWILL;

• PERSONAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT;

• MEDICAL OR COSMETIC DECISIONS;

• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;

• DEVICE FAILURE;

• ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

9.1 AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that AI-generated previews are visual simulations only.

Hair Transplant AI shall not be liable for:

• any medical decisions made by users;

• dissatisfaction with hair transplant procedures;

• differences between AI-generated previews and actual surgical outcomes;

• decisions made in reliance upon AI-generated images.

Users remain solely responsible for consulting qualified healthcare professionals before making decisions regarding hair transplant procedures.

9.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hair Transplant AI's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of:

• the total amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

• US$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, portions of this Section may not apply to you.

9.3 No Liability for Third Parties

Hair Transplant AI shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, or content of any third-party provider, including Apple, Google, Google Gemini AI, Firebase, RevenueCat, internet service providers, or device manufacturers.

Your relationship with any third-party provider is governed solely by that provider's own terms and policies.

SECTION 10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hair Transplant AI, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to:

• your use or misuse of the Services;

• your violation of these Terms;

• your violation of any applicable law or regulation;

• your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;

• any User Content that you upload, submit, generate, publish, or share through the Services.

Hair Transplant AI reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with our defense.

SECTION 11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Services if we reasonably believe that:

• you have violated these Terms;

• your use of the Services poses a security risk;

• your conduct is unlawful or fraudulent;

• continued access could expose Hair Transplant AI or other users to legal liability;

• suspension or termination is required to comply with applicable law or requests from governmental authorities.

Termination of your access shall not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

The provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination.

SECTION 12. HAIR TRANSPLANT AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Hair Transplant AI is not a medical device and does not provide healthcare services.

AI-generated hair analyses, donor-area assessments, graft estimates, hairline recommendations, generated images, and recovery timeline previews are estimates and visual simulations only. They must not be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, clinical assessment, treatment recommendation, confirmation of suitability for hair transplantation, an exact graft requirement, or a prediction or guarantee of hair growth, healing time, density, or surgical results.

Actual results can vary significantly depending on individual anatomy, existing hair characteristics, donor availability, progression of hair loss, surgical technique, medical circumstances, postoperative care, and healing.

Always consult a qualified physician, hair transplant surgeon, or other appropriately licensed healthcare professional before making decisions regarding hair transplantation.

Hair Transplant AI does not establish a physician-patient relationship.

SECTION 13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, technology, or business practices.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms.

Your continued access to or use of the Services after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services.

SECTION 14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Hair Transplant AI is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that you are entitled to under the laws of your country or state of residence.

Where applicable law permits, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Hair Transplant AI is established.

SECTION 15. MISCELLANEOUS

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hair Transplant AI regarding your use of the Services.

They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings relating to the Services.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 No Waiver

Failure by Hair Transplant AI to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

Any waiver shall be effective only if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Hair Transplant AI.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Hair Transplant AI may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or operation of law.

15.5 Force Majeure

Hair Transplant AI shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or interruptions affecting third-party service providers.
